For our Austro-German partner, we have built and installed 9 holiday homes in Northern Germany. The design of the houses consists of 4 containers 20 ” and 1 container 40″ with complete electrical and sanitary installation according to the ROHBAU system with a prepared substructure for the facade. The containers are connected to one functional unit of 90 m2 and designed as a harmonized residential building for a holiday home with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 toilets, storage room and technical room. From the ground floor to the first floor there is a massive steel spiral steel staircase with oak steps. The pictures show our houses immediately after delivery and the completed houses with a facade on the ground floor and wooden covering on the first floor. The containers are made of steel frames and the walls of 100 mm thick sandwich panels with mineral wool filling.
